Adidas has always been one of my favorites brand to follow because its innovative approach to marketing.

The giant is focused on sports. When the pandemic hit, all major sports events were cancelled, and gyms were shut down. Adidas doubled down on their Apps (Adidas Running and Adidas Training). This move not only boosted Adidas on the market, but the demand of the app rose by 600% in a SINGLE DAY.

The app developer team, just like your webmaster, has access to analytics that can be very helpful when making changes to your online presence. In this case, Adidas helped fulfil a need in the sport's field, but most importantly: helped people find the sense of community within the app, connected personally to their clients, and excelled at customer loyalty.
